Joyce worked for many years as a music teacher and a nurse. She had a tremendous passion for music and loved to share her gift by mentoring students and performing, however, her greatest joys were found spending time with family and friends.
Joyce is survived by her husband, Gary of Janesville; children, Todd (Brenda) Fritz of Mt. Horeb and Tanya Fritz of Janesville; grandchildren, Shelby and Sara Fritz; mother, Lucille Olsen of Fort Atkinson and sister, Lois (Bernard) Elmer of Milton.
She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin.
