Mrs. Edna Andrews Weston, age 100 of Boomer passed away Friday, November 20, 2020 at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.

Private Graveside services will be held at Little Rock Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Hal Greene and Rev. Robert Livingston officiating.

A public memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Weston was born November 9, 1920 in Wilkes County to Nelson Cowles and Ollie Earp Andrews. Edna loved to garden and she managed the family apple house, loved hummingbirds, worked most of her life in nursing and loved for people to visit and go on trips. Edna served in the United States Naval Reserve in the Nurse Corp during WWII. She was a life-long member of Little Rock Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; William Carlyle Weston two sisters; Ruby Andrews McGee, Gozelle Andrews Ham and a brother; John William Andrews.

She is survived by a daughter; Gloria Kilby and husband Jerry, two sons; Dan Weston and wife Diana, Glenn Weston and wife; Wendy all of Boomer, seven grandchildren; Sara Kilby, Brent Kilby, Scott Kilby, Amelia Lowe, Danielle Yount, Drew Weston, Lily Weston, seven great grandchildren; Noah Kilby, Milly Kilby, Sawyer Lowe, Luke Kilby, Rivers Kilby, Will Yount, Weston Lowe, sister-in-law; Bebe Weston, special nieces and nephews and her special care givers; Linda Cardwell and Elretha Moxley.
