Jim enjoyed participating on the Coleman Wrestling Team and took second place at the state meet in 1988.
He graduated from Coleman High School and worked in construction for many years. Jim loved playing guitar in the bands High Roller and Dreams Fate. The group enjoyed playing for people all over the area where he made many special friends. Jim had a special cat named Bear who he cared for deeply.
Surviving are his father Dallas;
and aunts, uncles, many other relatives and friends.
Jim was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Elienne and Arnold Aubry,
paternal grandparents Dallas, Sr. and Gertrude (Batten) Martin,
his mother Anne (Aubry) Martin in 2015,
two aunts and one uncle.
The family will greet relatives and friends Friday, November 20th at St. Anne Catholic Church, Coleman from 9 am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11 am with Father Felix Abano officiating. Jim will be placed to rest at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Crivitz. Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman is assisting the family.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at St. Vincent, Bellin, Aurora and Froedtert Hospitals for their collaborations to help Jim during his illness. Also those people who helped with the flight for life helicopter including the Town of Brazeau and Coleman Rescue members, the staff at dialysis and those people who helped transport Jim and everyone else who helped Jim including Jeff, Terry, Brian, Mike, Leanne, Pastor Mark Kostreva and his church members.
