Deborah started many businesses throughout her life, especially a Security Company in Tulsa that was very successful. She was a loving person and the staff and residents at Betty Ann loved her dearly. She and her 3 friends at Betty Ann liked to share the pizza that their family's would send them together. She got to enjoy her last pizza the night before she passed. Deborah was a Junior Soldier member of The Salvation Army in West Tulsa while growing up. When a Salvation Army member passes away they are promoted to glory which Deborah was promoted to glory on Wednesday morning.
She is survived by her father; Major Monroe Newton Brown of Tahlequah, OK, her mother; Rose Ann Ray of Hill Top Lakes, TX, her sisters; Christine Wright of Hulbert, OK, Kimberly Willis and husband Tony of Claremore, OK, Major Jayne Ramirez May of Tennessee, Elizabeth Paye of Florida, her sons; Gerald Robert Palmour, III of Fairfax, OK, Christopher Mott of Miami, OK, Thomas Albert of Florida, uncles; Carlus Ray Dobbs and Albert Thomas Dobbs both of Texas, aunts; Mary Payne of Texas, Nancy Elliott of Missouri, 9 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends who leave her behind.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother; June Brundige whom Deborah loved dearly and step mother; Major Jane Brown.
