Charlotte “Sue” Collins, 66, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, Georgia.

Graveside services were held 2 PM, Saturday, November 21, 2020, at Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald, with family and friends officiating.

Ms. Collins was born November 29, 1953, in Chatsworth, Georgia, to the late Sanford S. Collins and the late Georgie Place Roper. She was a homemaker and worked as a waitress at Huddle House. She also operated a fork-lift and worked in sanitation for Deep South Products. She loved playing with her “G-Babies.”

She is survived by her children: Kimberly Hall & Lee of Rebecca and Marcus Collins & Claire of Fitzgerald; grandchildren: Jessica Cummings & Rob, Richard Jackson & Tonya, Justin Griffin, Cody Griffin & Joye, Matthew Hall, Cory Moody, Kaylee Waller & Johnny, Josh Coffee, and Jasper Collins; 16 great-grandchildren; two brothers: Charlie Collins and Rex Cromer; one sister, Julie Warren; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Griffin; two sisters: Peggy Dahn and Barbara Rawley and a brother, Sanford Sunny Collins, Jr.
