Eva Belle (Rice) Morgan, 92, peacefully passed away on November 17, 2020, at her home.

Born on October 7, 1928, she was the daughter of the late John and Freda (Hott) Rice. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Thomas Morgan; sister, Milly Lou Lynn; brothers, James Rice and Clarence Rice.

Eva was a member of the Allegany United Methodist Church, the Ladies Aide Society and was a choir director. She retired after 42 years at Allegany Ballistics Laboratory as a photographic specialist.

Surviving are sisters, Patricia Jean Thomas and husband George, Frostburg, and Joan Audrey Glass, Seaversville, TN; life time friend, Mary A. Perretti; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD on Saturday, November 21, 2020, from 11am to 1 pm. A funeral service will follow at 1 pm with Rev. George Harpold officiating.

Internment will be at Frostburg Memorial Park.
