Ralph Armie, 71, who was employed from 1960 to 1964 by the El Rancho Market at 40th Street and Indian School, died yesterday in Good Samaritan Hospital.
Mr. Armie, 1222 N. 41st St., was a member of Creighton Christian Church here and the Elks and Eagle lodges in his native Wabash, Ind. He had owned a grocery store in Wabash before moving to Phoenix eight years ago.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Paradise Chapel, 3934 E. Indian School, where friends may call after 6 p.m. today. Burial will be in Green Acres Cemetery, Scottsdale.
Survivors include his wife, Emma; a son, Max of Phoenix; a brother and a sister out of state; and four grandchildren.
