William T. "Bill" Livers, 82, of Austin, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on July 6, 1938 in Bardstown, Kentucky, the son of the late William N. Livers and Mary L. (Corbett) Livers. Bill graduated from Fern Creek High School. He was retired millwright for Ford Motor Company in Louisville, Kentucky, where he worked for 25 years. Bill attended the New Hope Church of God near Austin, Indiana, played the guitar and enjoyed Bluegrass music. He was preceded in death by by a stepson, Don Boyd and a brother, John Livers. Survivors include his wife, Joyce A. (Kelly) Ruddick-Livers; three sons, Tommy (Roberta) Livers of Lexington, Kentucky, David and Nathan Livers both of Louisville, Kentucky; a daughter, Billie (Joe) Cowell of Elizabeth, Indiana; a stepson, Mike (Jackie) Ruddick of Seymour, Indiana; a stepdaughter, Stephanie Livers of Louisville, Kentucky; a sister, Anna Bennett of Waycross, Georgia; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cremation services were entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. A family directed memorial service was held on Friday, November 20th, at New Hope Church of God with Bro. Ronnie Baker officiating.
