Jimmy Dale Thomas, age 85 of Farina, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at his home in Farina.

Jimmy was born on October 8, 1935 in Seminole, Oklahoma, the son of Barney and Nellie (Milton) Thomas. He married Patsy on October 3, 1958 in Centralia and she survives in Farina.

In addition to his wife Patsy Thomas, he is survived by four sons, D. L. Thomas and wife P. of Algonquin, J. D. Thomas and wife L. of Plainfield, M. A. Thomas of Farina and J. M. Thomas and wife M. of Albuquerque, NM; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, L. Thomas and wife C. of Salem and T. J. Thomas and wife S. of Dow.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Virgil Thomas and Billy Thomas.

He served in the United States Army.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 12:15 pm at the Farina Cemetery with Ron Mulvaney officiating.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 am until 12:00 pm at the First Baptist Church in Farina.
