She was born on December 25, 1967 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Mary (Wooten) Trotter and Earl Trotter and passed away on October 15, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was married to Jerry Hall on February 26, 2013 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She was a homemaker.

husband: Jerry of the home;
2 daughters: Shawna Williams of Greenwood, AR and Candace O’Neal of Roland, OK;
2 sons: Dalton Young of Van Buren, AR and Dylan Young of Van Buren, AR;
