She is survived by three brothers, James T. Smith (Tom) and his wife, Helen; Ken Smith and his wife, Lynn; and Michael Smith; three nieces, Alice Smith, Michelle Barton (Wade), Dana Habersang (Ryan); five nephews, Shaun Smith (Heather), Jason Smith (Yvonne), Ryan Smith (Sherry), Christopher Smith and Steven Smith.
The graveside service will be at 3:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
