Patricia Ann Hunnicutt, 63 years old, of Pampa, passed from this life into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 in Amarillo. She was born on February 27, 1957 in Wellington, Texas to JC and Doria Hunnicutt.
She moved from Wellington to Pampa approximately 40 years ago and for 20 of those years, she had been employed with Pampa Nursing Center in the dietary department, affirming her hard work ethic and loyalty. She was known for her generous personality, yet she preferred to stay in the background while quietly observing others. Patricia was always ready to lend a listening ear to those in need and through her straightforward and nonjudgmental character, she brought joy to those who had the privilege of knowing her. Of her many traits and talents, Patricia was an amazing pool shark, a certified welder, a seamstress and most importantly, a Mom to all!
Those who greeted her in Heaven are her parents; a sister, Connie Hunnicutt and a son, Daniel Nickelberry.
She has left to cherish her memories three sons, Dwight Nickelberry of Amarillo, Duane Nickelberry of Amarillo, Damion Nickelberry of Garland; brothers, Charles Hunnicutt and wife Anita of Houston, Larry Hunnicutt of Pampa; sisters, Dina Hunnicutt of Pampa, Donna Hunnicutt of Dallas, Cassandra Hunnicutt of Pampa, Sandy Hunnicutt of Pampa; 11 grandchildren, X-Raysha, Dymonn, Bailey, Tegan, Boston, Demarcos, Daniell, Keonti, Chris, McKinley, Isiah; her fair share of great-grandchildren and her precious dog, Trisha Ann.
Patricia will be available to pay last respects on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 2pm until 7pm at Winegeart Funeral Home.
