Ralph was born December 21, 1964 in Galveston to John Garcia and Dolores Rodriguez Garcia.
He was the Owner of R G Painting Company a longtime Galveston Contractor. Ralph was an avid Texans fan. His time spent with his grandchildren was the joy of his life. His family was everything to him and his family is blessed with many wonderful memories of him. He was a Christian man and an active member of New Life Church in Galveston where he served his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
