He was at the Hannibal Regional Hospital with his wife Becky by his side.
Raymond was born September 5th, 1952 at the family home in Bowling Green, Missouri to Alpha Mae Jennings and Clarence Henry Carroll.
Survivors include his wife Becky Carroll of 41 years; daughter Ashley (Patrick) Ray; daughter Brittany Alli Carroll; sons William Rosenburg, Michael (Diana) Rosenburg, Corey Carroll, Craig (Jennifer) Carroll and daughter Courtney (Clint) Courtney; Grandkids Cooper Ray, Harper Ray, Morgan Street, Ethan Rosenburg and Emma Rosenburg.
He is also survived by his sister Joyce (Noahie) Spegal, his nephew Ivan (Stacy) Johnson, his bonus sister Barb Stevens and many nieces, nephews, cousins, great friends and past co-workers.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Mary C. Ince and Jaunita Ploesser, brother Sunny Carroll; and son Michael Carroll.
Raymond was a union pipefitter/welder in the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 562 in St. Louis, Missouri for 40 years.
He will be terribly missed for his amazing talents, hilarious humor, life giving wisdom & his many opinions.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. the Second Baptist Church in Bowling Green.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the church.
