She was proceeded in death by her husband Ralph Lewis in 1999. Services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, 21 November, in the chapel of Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, with a graveside service with military honors at Smithfield Cemetery in North Richland Hills, Texas.
