Donna J. (Windisch) Weaver, 85, of Sandusky, went home to be with the Lord on Friday morning, November 13, 2020 following a lengthy illness.
Donna was born on March 11, 1935 in Sandusky, OH to the late Otto and Dorothy (Ohlemacher) Windisch.
Donna was a homemaker and loved to travel. Her favorite place to live was in Germany for several years. She enjoyed needle work and crafting. Donna was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Donna is survived by her four daughters, Barbara Pridemore, Susan Stanley, Lori Wade and Elizabeth Snider; three sons, James, Jeffrey and Jerald Weaver; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; sister, Mary McKillips; brother, David Windisch and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Weaver on March 7, 1999; great-great grandson, Oliver Osborne; sister, Carol Darling and brothers, Robert and Gary Windisch.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Sandusky. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
