Earle F. Bell, 62, R1 Farmersburg, died 4 pm Friday, July 6, 1984, in Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
He was born September 28, 1921, in Colona, Iowa, the son of Orville and Irene Reynolds Bell. He was a World War II veteran and a member of Ernest Masonic Lodge 598 and American Legion Post 404.
Surviving are his wife, Freida; a son, James, Terre Haute; two step-sons, Tom Hunt, Prairie Creek, and Ted Hunt, Farmersburg; a step-Daughter, Cheryl Baron, Darlington, S.C.; a sister, Phyllis Rhoads, Stockton, Mo.; and 10 grandchildren.
Services were today in DeBaun Funeral Home. The Rev. Ivan Schroder officiated. Burial was in New Harmony Cemetery.
