I stumbled on my grandmother, Imogene Weaver Pate's, page and thought I could provide you with a bit more information. My father, Joe Bailey, is still alive, but his brother, Donald Blake, died around 1989. Don was several years younger than Joe, but I don't have an exact date. Half sister Jeanne is also living, but I don't know her birth year, either.
Joe Bailey's, wife, Sonja E., (my mom) is not dead. Joe, Don, & Jeanne' father, Weldon, According to Joe Bailey, Weldon's parents are Frank G. Weaver & Lena Weaver.
My father was named after Weldon by getting Weldon's nickname. Dad says all his uncles had nicknames and they were used so much that people forgot what everybody's real names were! I believe Weldon had a brother named Clyde Norris and another named Connor. Hope this info. is of some use.
