The Idaho Post, Moscow, Idaho, September 5, 1919: "Mrs. Frank Peterson, who was struck by an automobile driven by Clarence Town nearly two weeks ago, died this afternoon as a result of her injuries. One leg was broken and she was injured internally. Mrs. Peterson was in advanced years and leaves a husband and grown family. The funeral arrangements have not yet been announced."

The Idaho Post, Moscow, Idaho, September 5, 1919: "The funeral of Mrs. Frank A. Peterson, who died Monday [September 1] from the effects of an automobile accident, occurred this afternoon at 2 o'clock at Grice's chapel, Rev. Wayne S. Snoddy officiating. Mrs. Peterson had reached the age of 57 years, four months and 17 days."

She was the daughter of Andrew Svangoren and Sophia L. Carolina.
