Belinda was born in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Paul Wyatt and Bernice Mantooth on May 4, 1950 and passed away in Kerman, California on December 19, 2015 with her loving family by her side.
She was very loving, caring and the kindest person you would ever know. She was just that kind of person and had a very big heart. She would open her doors to anybody that needed a place to stay and if they needed food, she would feed them. She was a very special lady who was loved very much and will be missed dearly.
"Mom we love you and will miss you always, we know you're in a better place"
She leaves behind three children; her daughter Rachel Allen Rodriguez, son's Paul Allen and Kendal Allen, Sr.; 19 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date and will be announced after the new year.
