Services for Jimmy Hodges, 64, of Post will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, at Trinity Baptist Church, with Rev. Billie Smith officiating Dr. Charles McCook assisting. Burial in Terrace Cemetery will be under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.
He died Thursday in Lubbock. He was born June 14, 1943, in Levelland, to Floyd H. and Ila Mae Hodges. He married Beth Stewart on Aug. 11, 1961, in Post. He farmed for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Delwyn Hodges, in 1989.
Survivors include his wife, Beth of Post; three daughters, Terri Reed of Justiceburg, Lynn Putman of Lubbock and Kristi O'Bryan of Post; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
