YORK Paul L. "Red" Noel, Jr., 75, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2007, at Colonial Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, York. He was the husband of Anna Mae (Weaver) Noel, who died in 1998. Mr. Noel was born on February 12, 1932, in York, to the late Paul L. and Miriam E. (Keefer) Noel, Sr. As a young man, Paul worked with his father at Noel's Delicatessen in Central and Eastern Markets. He was employed by the former Don Zeigler's T.V. Sales and Service and later became the owner and operator of the former Paul L. Noel, Jr. T.V. Sales and Service in Weigelstown. Red was an avid bowler and was a member of numerous bowling leagues. He is survived by a son, Leroy N. Noel and his wife, Susan of York; a daughter, Roxana J. Snyder and her husband, Rick of Wrightsville; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Jack A. Noel of Delaware and Dr. Joel E. Noel of York. There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2007, in Mount Rose Cemetery, 1502 Mt. Rose Ave., York. Please meet at the main gate at 1:45 p.m. We will process to the gravesite together. Arrangements are by the LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home Inc., York (Shiloh).
