Sandra Jean “Daisy” Hoffman, 77, of Whiting, Iowa passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 at CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center-Bergan Mercy in Omaha, Nebraska.
Sandra Daisy Hoffman was born February 4, 1943 in St. Paul, Minnesota the daughter of John and Helen (Hoium) Dvorak. She graduated from Huntington Beach California High School. She then attended two years at the Business College in Amarillo, Texas.
Daisy was an owner/operator of her own over the road trucking for thirty-six years. She worked for ten years at WinnaVegas Casino Resort near Sloan, Iowa as a casino clerk.
Those left to cherish her memory include her close friend, Linda Walker and her family of Whiting, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Helen (Hoium) Dvorak.
