She is survived by her sons, Curtis Shayne Fortenberry and Ray Casey; daughters, Debra Johnson (Bobby) and Rhonda Truscott (Keith); sisters, Marlene Hamman, Doris Odam, and Audrey Necaise; brother, Hank Rowell; 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
