CARTER, Victor B. Of Beavercreek, OH, departed this life on December 7, 2018, at the age of 89. He was preceded in death by his parents Golden and Forrest Carter; his siblings William Carter and Vivian Weiss; and his sons Steven, Gary, and Jeffrey. He is survived by his beloved wife of 71 years Norma Carter; their children Karen (David) Ball, Cynthia Carter, and Douglas (Belinda) Carter; grandchildren Matthew, Michael, and Justin Ball, and Andrew and Marissa Carter; great grandchildren Carter and Halyn Ball. Victor was a tool maker at Inland for 41 years. He loved music, golfing, fishing and watching sports. Victor was a very loving, patient man who was self-sacrificing and the rock of his family.
