Brenda Clark Harper, age 73, of Cadiz, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2020, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.

Born May 22, 1947, in Trigg County, she was the daughter of the late Plomer and Tylene (Cunningham) Clark. She married Kenneth Harper in December 1967, after attaining her real estate license in 1978, Brenda established herself as a successful agent in Trigg County, later becoming a Realtor and broker/owner of Century 21 Lake Barkley Realty in Cadiz.

A fun loving mother and grandmother, "Bedoe", as she was affectionately called, was immensely proud of her close family and enjoyed spending time with them. She was a long-time member of Hurricane Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking, and fishing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmie Earl Clark.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 53 years; her son, her daughter, five grandchildren; three step grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and her sister.

Funeral services will be at 1 pm Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at Goodwin Funeral Home, with visitation with the family to begin at 10:00 am. Rev. Gary "Bud" Pate and Rev. Dale Ford will officiate. Burial will follow in Hurricane Baptist Church Cemetery.
