Carmen O Anderson, age 83 of River Falls, WI, died on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Comforts of Home – The Lodge in River Falls.

Carmen was born the son of Casper and Alva (Danielson) Anderson on December 19, 1936 in Spring Valley, WI. Carmen farmed on the home farm and had a number of other jobs as well. He drove school bus for the Hudson, WI School District, he worked for Bystrom Plumbing and Heating, and the John Deere dealership in River Falls. Carmen delivered meals on wheels, ushered at St. Bridget Church, and was a member of the River Falls Moose Lodge and The Knights of Columbus. Carmen was married to Jeanne Bruggeman on April 26, 1975 at St. Bridget Church in River Falls. He enjoyed putting puzzles together, doing word search puzzles, and good conversation.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Casper and Alva Anderson; and brothers, Marvin Widgren and Glen Widgren.

Carmen is survived by his wife, Jeanne Anderson; brother, Vern (Marilyn) Anderson; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A private graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at St. Bridget Cemetery in River Falls, WI. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
