William Thomas "Tommy" Farmer, age 82, formerly of Princeton, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Select Specialty Hospital in Atlanta Georgia. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Princeton, former owner of Farmers cleaners and retired from the Kentucky State Penitentiary. He loved watching old movies and was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Tommy is survived by his wife of 56 years, Joyce Farmer of Atlanta GA; one daughter, Dena Rae (Hugh) Cartwright of Atlanta GA; two grandsons, Ben Cartwright and Nate Cartwright; several nieces and nephews; and one special, furry companion, Charlie. He was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Ruby Mae Farmer, one sister, Shirley Cantrell and one brother, Charles Farmer.
Visitation will be held Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Morgan's Funeral Home from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Morgan's Funeral Home at 2:00 PM with Bro. Dane Hodges officiating. Burial to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton, KY.
