Ronald Coleman Dawson, 64, of Lunenburg, VA sent out his final “10-4” to reside at his new “20” with his wife, Linda Seamster Dawson, in Heaven on October 29, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Aubrey Bowen & Mary Ella Jones Dawson and his brother Roger Dale Dawson. He is survived by his step-son, Glenn A. Gilmer of Roanoke; step-granddaughter, Alex of New York; sisters Pamela D. Dehart (Larry) of Amelia, VA, Wanda G. Dawson of Lunenburg, VA, Sharon D. Gaulding (Michael) of Keysville, VA; three nieces; three great nephews and his beloved aunts Pat Anderson and Genevieve Covington. Ronnie (aka Maniac, Big Thunder, Party Pooper) enjoyed spending time talking to his “good buddies” all over the world on his CB radio. He enjoyed fishing and taking strolls through the Railroad Park wearing his fisherman hat and bibbed overalls. He had a sweet tooth and loved chocolate. A graveside service will take place at 12pm on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria, VA. Flowers are welcome or please consider donations to the Victoria Fire & Rescue Squad.
