They were the parents of James Franklin, William Carlton, Annice, Lenora Catherine "Dovie", Isaac R., Samuel George, Tommy, John, Edward Owens, Benjamin Franklin, and Robert Cornelius Agee. In their older years, Isaac and Frances moved to live with their oldest son, James Franklin and his family in Ada, Oklahoma, where they both died and are buried.
Isaac served in the Civil War as Pvt. Co. C, 43rd TN Inf. C.S.A. He received a pension for his service.
