Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Walnut Grove Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving: daughters, Odessa Williams and Bertha Woodson, both of Alexandria, Va., Queen Thomas of Louisburg and JoAnn Foster of Castalia; son, Willie Spivey of Spring Hope; sister, Hannah Cheek of Spring Hope; brother Hillard Spivey of Castalia; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
