Ms. Cunningham passed away on Monday, November 9, 2020 at her residence in Marquez.

There will not be any services at the funeral home.

Brenda was born on August 7, 1945 in Paul’s Valley, Oklahoma. She mostly grew up in Altus and Duke, Oklahoma. She loved children and pursued a job as a kindergarten teacher’s aide. She obtained an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development from the University of Maryland while she was stationed in Wiesbaden, Germany with her ex-husband. When she left Germany, she moved to San Antonio, Texas where she resided for 31 years. There she worked as a Quality Control Inspector for Cable Guard Security Systems. In December 2014 she moved to Marquez to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren. Brenda was a loving mother and loyal. She loved her family and her animals more than anything. Her great-grandkids were the light of her life. Brenda was well loved and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by one daughter, Tammy D. Ginsel & husband Eric of Marquez; one son, Richard A. Kaszynski & wife Kimberly of Omaha, Nebraska; two grandchildren, Eric Daniel Ginsel & wife Jennifer of Bryan, and Brendan R. Ginsel & wife Kayla of Marquez; two great-grandchildren, Alexander and Natalie Ginsel; and five siblings, Mary Payne, Rose Ray, Nancy Elliott, Carlus Dobbs, and Albert Dobbs.
Ms. Cunningham was preceded in death by her mother, June Brundige; and one brother, John L. Dobbs.
