She was born on May 7, 1977, to Charlotte Kay Foust Cole Whaley and Larry Cole in Shawnee, OK.
Jessica attended Dale Public Schools and graduated in 1995. She attended USAO and ECU and worked at CTSA and Project Safe, and was a substitute teacher for Shawnee schools.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Anna Lou Ward, grandfather, John R. Foust, step-grandfather, James Ward, step-father, William Whaley, paternal grandparents, Lecil and Phyllis Cole, and Oleta Crauthers.
Those left to cherish her memories are her loving mother Kay Whaley of the home; father and step-mother, Larry and Cheryl Cole, of Shawnee; grandfather, Cecil Crauthers; brothers, Lecil Cole and Elizabeth of Shawnee; Charles Cole of Sandsprings; sister, Jessica Whaley Utter of Tecumseh; brother, Mark Whaley of Tecumseh; uncle, Bob and Judy Foust, Shawnee; nephews and nieces, Josiah, Isaiah, Ada, London, Carson, Riley, Rayston, and Keelie; cousins, Jeff and Kim Foust; Kenneth and Amanda Foust, extended family, and many friends.
Memorial service will 1 p.m., Saturday, February 1, at Hopewell Baptist Church, 33500 Hardesty Rd., Shawnee. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Tecumseh.
