Earl was born in Wayne County on January 17, 1944 to the late Leon Bryant Taylor and Sudie Mae Worley Taylor.
He had retired as a contractor with Bartlett Nuclear and had owned and operated for 14 years, Taylormade Seamless Gutters. Earl was a good husband, a great father and had a generous heart. He provided a wonderful home for his family and gave all he could to his family and strangers alike.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Wayne Memorial Park with Pastor Jeff Jones officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.
Earl is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jean Perry Taylor; daughter, Vicky Kisner and husband Bob; son, Randy Taylor and wife Kim; grandchildren, Kassidy Taylor, Katie Kisner, Jonathan Kisner and Jennifer Alford and husband Josh and their children, Rosie and Abby; and sisters, Peggy Thornton and JoAnn Kennedy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, John William Taylor and Donald Taylor.
