Roy Delbert Harvey, 80, of Canby, Oregon, passed away on October 29, 2020. Roy was born May 8, 1940 in Gresham, Oregon to Gordon & Ethel Harvey. Roy was an identical twin to his brother Keith Harvey who preceded him in death. Roy grew up in Gresham, Oregon & graduated from Gresham High School. Roy served in the US Army stationed at White Sands Missile Base in El Paso, Texas.

Roy met Judy McGibbon and they were married January 3rd, 1960. They had four children. In 1975 Roy and Judy moved their family to Canby, Oregon where he was living until his passing. He is survived by his four children; Brenda Walton, Marty Harvey, Suzee Hansen & Dale Harvey; as well as his eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Roy loved family, travel and was always a joker.

He will be remembered for his fun loving personality. Donations can be made in Roy's memory to the American Heart Association. We hope to gather at a later date for a celebration of Roy's life.
