October 3, 1948, Ann married the love of her life and high school sweetheart Frank S. Wells, Jr. Married for 72 years Ann and Frank made their home in Lewisville Arkansas where they were avid Bridge players and regularly hosted both a Women’s and a Couples Bridge Club.
She is survived by her husband, one son Dr. F. Stuart “Doc” (Susan)Wells of Cookeville, TN, one daughter Mari Wells (Paul) Simons of Shreveport, LA granddaughters, Elizabeth (Jason) Boitnott of Shreveport, Whitney Wells of Dallas, TX and Lisa Grant, grandson Nick (Jessica) Simons of Shreveport and 4 great grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by 2 sisters Lois Alexander and Louise Burns of Lewisville, Arkansas, 2 sisters in laws and a brother in law. And numerous nieces and nephews to whom she will always be Aunt A.
Graveside Services will be held Sunday November 8, 2020 at 3 pm at the Wilson Cemetery in Lewisville Arkansas, with Brother Ron Eldridge officiating .
