David Charles Seaman of Sodus, age 70, passed away on March 22, 2020 after a courageous fight with heart disease at Rochester General Hospital. David is survived by his wife of 49 years, Peggy L. (Gent) Seaman; children, Melissa Seaman of Sodus Pt., David (Candy) Seaman II of Baldwinsville; grandchildren, Rachel (William) Thomas of Ft. Drum, Cole, Parker, and Spencer Seaman all of Baldwinsville; siblings, Donald Seaman of Williamson, Douglass Tallent of Kentucky, Daniel VanHoute of Bullhead City, AZ, Debbie (Bruce) Shattuck of Williamson, Delbert (Kim) VanHoute of Marion; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Merrill and Gloria Seaman; brother, Dale VanHoute.

David loved his friends, family and country. He served 4 years in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. David also loved bowling and dedicated his life to Cherry Lanes in Sodus and the bowling industry.
