"F. Lloyd McHenry, 72, of Cochranville, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2006 at the Brandywine Hospital. He was the husband of Doris Pinkerton McHenry, with whom he celebrated 53 years of marriage on March 21st.
Lloyd was born in Cochranville, son of the late Paul T. and Charlotte Jebb McHenry. He was retired from farming and cattle hauling. He graduated from the former Cochranville High School class of 1951. He was a member of the Cochranville Fire Company. He enjoyed sports.
Surviving besides his wife are two children: Jay D. McHenry of Christiana and Teresa Mc., wife of Joseph Maxwell of Cochranville; three grandchildren: Sheridan, Patrick, and Derrick McHenry; and sister: Carol M., wife of Gary Bumbaugh, of Willow Street.
Funeral service will be held at the Shivery Funeral Home, 111 Elizabeth Street, Christiana, PA on Monday May 15, 2006 at 8 p.m. with a viewing from 6 p.m. until time of service. Pastor Heidi Silliman will be officating the service. The interment will be private in the Cochranville Methodist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Cochranville United Methodist Church Missions Fund, P.O. Box 417, Cochranville, PA 19330."
