Otis G. Raper Sr., 87, of Osceola, AR, passed away on November 9, 2020. Burial will be at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens.

Otis was born on July 18, 1933, in Belden, Mississippi, to the late Dexter and Fannie Idelia Horton Raper. He was a retired manager of Ramon Rine Trucking in Osceola and served in the United States Army.

He was a member of Osceola Church of Christ, enjoyed working, taking his children and grandchildren hunting and fishing, watching wrestling on WMCTV 5 every Saturday with Cyndy.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Lenoard Raper and Lawrence Raper; sisters: Blanche Green, Bessie Brown, and Bernice Ritchey.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Raper; sons, Corky Raper, and Gary Raper and his wife, Shantele; daughter: Cyndy Henderson and her husband, Bob; grandchildren: Josh Raper and his wife, Amanda, Leah Patterson, Trae Raper and his wife, Rhonda, Rine Hughes and his wife, Krissy, Lance Raper, Lauren McCullar, Alexe Webb and her husband, Michael, and Keith Henderson and his wife, Chelsea; great-grandchildren: Grayson Seibert, Conlee Raper, Tipper Gier, Piper Gier, Porter Gier, Draper Gier, Callie Jo Raper, Carter Raper, Presley Hughes, Luke Raper, Tripp Webb, and Rylee and Lyla Henderson; brother, Elkin Raper and his wife, Idell; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
