VIVIAN, LA - Funeral services celebrating the life of June Bridges, 78, will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 7, 2009 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home-Vivian Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Jerry Jones. Interment will follow at the Vivian Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday, September 6, 2009 from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bridges was born August 30, 1931 in Vivian, La. and passed away on September 4, 2009 at Willis Knighton-North after a lengthy illness. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Her husband, Billy Ford Bridges, parents, 2 infant children, one brother and one sister preceded Mrs. Bridges in death. She is survived three sons, Billy L. Bridges and wife, Dianne, Harvey G. Bridges and wife, Beverly all of Vivian, La., James F. Bridges and wife, Kimberly of Mount Ida, Ar., four daughters, Judith Wallar and husband, Wes, Kathy Fletcher and husband, David all of Vivian, La, Lisa Swink and husband, Lucky of Rodessa, La and Stephanie Garrett of Vivian, La. Mrs. Bridges is also survived by two brothers, Johnny Camp of Jefferson, Tx, and Jimmy Dan Camp of Patterson, La, 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Rose-Neath Funeral Home
