She was born in Brownsville, TX on November 8, 1959 to Santiago and Tomasa Molina Salinas.
Sandra Frazier had a career in advanced manufacturing for Benchmark Electronics. She had a passion for the arts, particularly in painting, movies, and music. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews and introduced them to horror movies, musicals and told them ghost stories. Later in life she took painting classes, and this became her new passion.
She was preceded in death by her parents Santiago and Tomasa Molina Salinas.
She is survived by her daughter Viviana Garcia, her sister Sylvia Dorman and brother-in-law J.C. Dorman, her brother Gilbert Salinas and her sister-in-law Elsa Salinas and nieces and nephews, Wendee and Andrew Brown, Alexander Brown, Billy Vincent III, Kristian Salinas, Emerson Sanchez Low, Krystal Salinas, and Laura Young.
