Juan "El Chaparrito" Quiroz Sandoval
NOVEMBER 12, 1956 – OCTOBER 29, 2020

Juan’s life journey began on November 12, 1956, in Los Linderos, Chiautla Mexico. Juan was the third child of 6 siblings. Raised by his beautiful mother Faustina Sandoval Martinez and father Andres Quiroz Cantoran in their home located in Nezahualcoyotl Mexico. Juan began working at a very young age of 10 selling oranges to help his mother and father. As a young teen Juan also worked with his mother and father in their family business selling gravel, wood, barbacoa, and Gelatina’s and they would also harvest corn.

On April 25th 1982, Juan married the love of his life Margarita Perez Espinoza in Chiautla de Tapia, Puebla. After Juan and Margarita married, they had their first offspring in Mexico, unfortunately Ricardo passed away only 3 days after being born. Shortly after they migrated to the United States in March 1983. They established in Santa Ana, California and began their journey to save money aspiring to one day have their own business. Juan along with Margarita and Nephew Arturo where one of the first in the family to migrate to the United States to achieve the American Dream. Once he was stablished here, he then helped many many family members to also come the states and was able to help them with jobs and a place to live and he would teach them how to drive. In 1985 he then had his first child Cindy followed by Wendy then came Susan, Robert and finally Elizabeth AKA “el pilon”. In 1998 their dream of owning their first catering truck became true. With dedication and hard work they were able to expand their business and had a total of 3 catering trucks. El Taco Riendo Catering was one of Juan’s passions in life!

He is survived by his 2 sisters Patricia, and Maria and 6 brothers Felix, Francisco, Rene, Juan, Miguel and His wife Margarita and their 5 children; Cindy, Wendy, Susan, Robert, and Elizabeth and his 17 grandkids; Anthony, Crystal, Sandra, Rachelle, Emily, Jasmine, David, Erick, April, Julian, Ricardo, Alissa, Robert, Ailina, Edward, Jayleen, Jayden, and 2 great grandchildren, Noah, and Shayne and all his many many nieces and nephews.
