He is preceded in death by his parents, Aggie & Sue Neal; one son, Charles Neal, Jr.; three sisters,Margaret Burns, Shirley Ann Neal, and Almeda Henderson; three brothers, Henry Neal, JohnHopper, and DeRail Neal; and one great-greatgrandson, Prince Haley-Vallo.
He leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Della Neal; one son, Terry Neal; two daughters, Cassandra(Gerry) Neal and Bridgett White; one brother, Fred Neal (Sherri); 14 grandchildren; and 15 greatgrandchildren.
