Virginia Lee Lawson, 86, of Chana, IL passed away on November 7, 2020 at Pinecrest Manor.
Virginia was born on November 15, 1933 to Albert and Bertha (Green) Lawson.
Virginia retired from Unimin in 1998. In her retirement, she enjoyed working in her yard and it was always picture perfect. She also enjoyed babysitting her great-great-nephews, Kurtis Schultheis, Jimmy and Ben Bramel.
Virginia is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, George, Mary, Edward, Freida and Eula.
Virginia is survived by many nieces and nephews, including her niece, Mary (Dan) Schultheis, she raised as her daughter.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Beverage-Lyons Family Funeral Home, 704 N. 6th St. Rochelle, IL. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Beverage-Lyons Family Funeral Home.
