Jimmy Dale “Jim” Reed, 60 , Winchester, died Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Stormont-Vail Hospital, Topeka. He was born July 5, 1960 at Ft. Worth, TX. Jim was a 1978 graduate of Eudora High School. He attended classes at Kansas University and Highland Community College. He worked as a self employed carpenter for many years, working mostly in Lawrence. Jim was a former Boy Scout and 4-H member in Winchester. He participated in football, basketball, baseball, wrestling and tennis while in school. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, metal detecting and Arizona. He was a devoted Kansas City Chiefs and Royals fan.
He is survived by his parents, , three daughters, one sister, a step-sister, seven grandchildren.
Memorial Service at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Barnett Family Funeral Home, Oskaloosa. Cremation care is planned.
