Allan Bowen, 77 of Howell, formerly of Gregory, died Tuesday. He was the son of Harry and Frances (Dyer) Bowen.
Beloved husband of Kathleen (Howard) Bowen, whom he married May 28, 1955 in Dexter; dear brother of Jean Rowse of Stockbridge. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and his companion and pet dog, Misty.
Allan was a dairy farmer for 29 years; he also worked for Rueland Electric and General Motors Hydramatic.
Allan enjoyed lighthouses and was the proud owner of a Farmall tractor which he purchased when he was 18 years old.
Funeral service was Tuesday at MacDonald's Funeral Home, Howell.
