She is survived by her spouse Mitchell Tuner and three sons: Erik Turner, Kevin Turner, and Nathan Turner. She is also survived by her five siblings: Danny C. Rhine, James Glenn Rhine, Mike T. Rhine, and two half brothers, David K. Rhine and James Raymond Rhine and numerous nieces and nephews and grandkids.
She enjoyed karaoke, fishing and loved taking care of children. She was a friend to all she met.
