Ralph “Clarence” Collins, age 77, of Sneedville, went home to be with the Lord on November 8, 2020 at his home after a long illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie & Grace (Gibson) Collins; brothers, Broten Collins & Doug Collins; sisters, Hazel & Brenda and special aunt, Mary Collins
