She is the daughter of EDOM TIPTON (TIP) LOVITT and wife RACHEL (MCCULLAH) LOVITT. ELLA grew up at Little Piney in Crawford county, Arkansas. (NOTE) Little Piney, no long exist. Little Piney was near Dean Springs (Crawford county) Arkansas. ELLA married WESLEY HOLLAND PARKS, Sunday, May-28-1899 at Little Piney (Crawford county) Arkansas, and they had 3 children together. She had one son by HARMON WILLIAM PARKS. Her son by HARMON is TILFORD OSCAR PARKS. She died Saturday, July-6-1974 in Jenks Nursing Home at Jenks (Tulsa county) Oklahoma.
