Brenda Sue Becker was born September 17, 1963, to Leonard and Darlene Peaster, at Atwater, California. She departed for her eternal home on September 21, 2020, at home with her family around her, after a battle with cancer, at Yuma, Arizona.
Brenda was converted at the age of fourteen and was baptized into the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, by Min. John Jantz.
Brenda found her life's companion in Darrel Becker, and they were married by Min. John Wiens on March 15, 1981, in Winton, California. They made their home there until moving to Bonners Ferry, Idaho, in 1992, where they resided until the moved to Yuma, Arizona, in 2010.
Brenda was a spontaneous, caring person, who loved to give gifts and laugh. She had a quick smile and a great love for children, often giving them her attention. Rob, Gina, and Chad were born into the home and brought much joy to Brenda. She enjoyed her time spent with them and was a loving mother.
Her love of fabric grew into a business venture with Gina, Southwest Fabrics and Design, in 2015. She enjoyed interacting with customers and friends.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Darrell; her children: Rob and Denneil, Bonners Ferry, Idaho; Gena, Chad, and Dakota, Yuma, Arizona; her mother, Darlene Peaster, Livingston, California; sister, Beverly Smith, Winton, California; brother, Robert and Emily Peaster, Buhl, Idaho; parents-in-law: Don and DeEtta Becker, Bonners Ferry; brothers-in-law: Kevin and Glenette Becker, Princeton, Idaho; Terry and Linda Becker, Bonners Ferry, Idaho; Terry and Linda Becker, Bonners Ferry, Idaho; name nephews, nieces, and friends.
